D07 Directional Control Valve
Purpose:
The MF100-D07 is an actual directional valve assembly that is commonly used on industrial
machinery.
D07, D08, and D10 directional control valves, are unique in that they can be configured to suit the environment in which they will be used.
Maintenance techs who are not familiar with these configurations have caused hundreds of hours of unnecessary downtime because after installing a new valve in a hydraulic system, it doesn’t work.
The first thing untrained technicians do is order another valve because they believe the new valve is defective. However, if they were aware of how and why these valves are configured for a given application, they could re-configure the valve and get the machine back into production.
As with all of FPTI’s unique plug-and-play modules, simply slide this into the side of any model MF102 training simulator. The D07 valve on the module is fully functional.
