Fluid Power Training Institute™’s factory, of any product determined by Fluid Power Training Institute™‘s inspection to be defective and warranted. Fluid Power Training Institute™ disclaims any and all other warranties, conditions, and representations (whether statutory, express, or implied, oral or written) with respect to its products, including, but not limited to, any and all implied warranties or conditions of fitness or suitability for any particular purpose (whether or not Fluid Power Training Institute™ knows, has reason to know, has been advised, or is otherwise in fact aware of any such purpose), whether alleged to arise by law, course of dealing, course of performance, or custom or usage of trade. Fluid Power Training Institute™ cannot and does not accept responsibility for or warrant any of its products that have been subjected to improper installation, improper application, negligence, tampering, misuse, abuse, damage, or which have been repaired, altered, or modified outside of Fluid Power Training Institute™’s factory.
