Brilliant MF500-HTTS on it's way to Medicine Hat College, Medicine Hat, Alberta, CANADA -
It’s obvious technical schools and colleges are starting to realize the unmatched educational capability of the MF500 Hydrostatic Transmission Training System (HTTS). This one, which is on its way to Medicine Hat College, is equipped with dual Sauer Danfoss M46 pumps w/electronic control, a bent-axis motor on the left-hand side, and an axial piston motor with integrated hot oil shuttle valve on the right-hand side. The virtual driving-range is on a vivid 24” touch-screen. There is also a virtual instrument panel, which displays the system’s operating parameters in real time: left-hand side system pressure, charge pressure, RPM, right-hand side system pressure, charge pressure, RPM, oil temperature, and electric motor amps and speed. The MF500 is the only hydrostatic transmission training system that has these brilliant features:
• Can be driven in real-time with our without load.
• Fully-functional, virtual instrument panel.
• Heads-up display, which features “terrain select.” Can drive up gradual slopes or steep hills so students can see how hydrostatic drive system reacts to changes in load and angle of incline.
• Students can learn every facet of HTS troubleshooting because every fault a HTS can experience in the real world can be triggered in the MF500-HTTS’s hydrostatic transmission system in real-time.
There is no training system that compares to the MF500-HTTS in the world. How do we know? That’s easy: we invented the technology.

- On-site visit to FPTI™ "Wows!" New Client -
Based on the significant growth of MF102 training system sales it’s safe to say that it won’t be long before the MF102 is the top selling trainer in the industry, if not the world, and for good reason. A week ago we had the pleasure of welcoming to our manufacturing facility, a prospective client who was conducting an exhaustive study of hydraulic and pneumatic training system manufacturers. His company had given him the responsibility of acquiring the best hydraulic and pneumatic training systems for their state-of-the-art training center in Florida. Before visiting our facility he had already visited the headquarters of some of the top names in the industry. He made a few statements that we want to share with you:
“Upon walking into your manufacturing facility I said under my breath - Wow! It was the first manufacturing facility I visited that made such an immediate and profound impact on me.”
Later in the day he made another compelling statement:“You do not sell the most expensive, or the least expensive training system, but, by far, you sell the best!”
Needless to say within days of his returning to Florida, his company purchased a model MF102D-H-TS hydraulic training system, and a model MF700PN pneumatic training system.
We are so confident that you will feel the same after visiting us, that if you are in the market for a hydraulic and/or pneumatic training system and you purchase your training system from FPTI™, we will deduct the entire expense of coming to visit our facility from the price of the trainer (some limitations apply - contact us for full details).
- A proud moment for the FPTI™ and it's veterans -
Our best-selling training system is destined for the U.S. Army Base Fort Eustis and we couldn’t be more proud!
We run a “proud” business -
We are proud that our products advance student’s knowledge of safety and hydraulic diagnostics more than any other product on the market.
We are proud that our products are handcrafted with pride in America, and now, not only are we proud, but indeed honored, to supply the best hydraulic training system in the world to the best fighting force in the world - the men and woman who serve in our armed forces. And indeed they will be built with pride because they are hand-built for our men and woman in uniform by people who know what it’s like to serve – our veterans.
In addition to being proud of employing U.S. military veterans within our company (Darrell Leighton - U.S. Navy and Richard Alexander - U.S. Marine Corps), we also have military veterans from other countries within our ranks - John Thistle, a veteran of the Canadian military, and Rory McLaren, a veteran of the South African military.
A plaque will be affixed to the simulator with the names of the U.S. veterans who built the Ft. Eustis training systems, and where they served.
